I visited this luxury watch store and was very disappointed with the service. The place was disorganized, with no proper line-up system. When I asked about waiting, they told me to stay in line, but then they took people who came after I was already waiting. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and no one has even spoken to me. How are customers supposed to get help? Totally unprofessional and a complete mess.
A fantastic experience overall. The advisor clearly knew the collection extremely well and took the time to explain the movements and history behind several models. The atmosphere in the boutique felt calm and respectful, and I never felt rushed or pressured to buy.
Unfortunately the welcome felt somewhat indifferent during my visit. The boutique was quiet but it still took a while before someone approached me. Once the interaction started the information was useful, but the experience began poorly.
